Cancellations require 24 hour-notice

• Same day cancellations and No-shows are charged 50% of the service cost to the card on file.

• Arrival of 10 minutes or greater after scheduled appointment time may require being rescheduled and subject to a cancellation fee.

An email and text confirmation of your appointment and day and time will be sent, giving you the opportunity to cancel/reschedule before any fees are assessed.
